Initially communication was great, but after the order arrived, I asked for the rest of the COAs that where suppose to be included, all I got was an emoji. I asked again and was told they would get them, but still no response. They are not the real Penguin Peptides. I did receive the peptides, and they are packaged well. Several vials so far have not had a vacuum, and one tesa did not reconstitute well. Overall I would not suggest them.
